Community Services

Profcam 1provides its management services to Single Family Homeowner Associations in the “Capital of Texas” Austin metro region and surrounding areas. We are privileged to manage communities from 100 units to over 1,100 units. We serve an economic base cost on homes from the low $100,000’s to over $800,000. Our communities require the management services of ProfCam 1 for Amenity Centers that include pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking tracks, doggie parks, landscaped commons areas and auto-monitored drainage retention ponds, both wet and dry.

We provide our communities with newsletters, web-sites, monthly, quarterly or annual invoices incorporating payment coupons, monthly or quarterly financial statements, profit and loss statements, individual community checking accounts and monthly reconciliations, annual budgets and governing document compliance inspections.

We design and develop RFP’s for landscaping, pool maintenance, shade structures, video security and surveillance systems, along with providing over-site to insure services are delivered and quality is maintained.
