WARD A. PHELAN, CMCA, AMS
Austin Manager
Mr. Phelan was a driving force in the formation of PROFCAM 1, Inc. in 2007. Having served over four years as a Board Member and Executive Secretary of a Homeowners Association in East Texas. This Association consisted of 3,450 lots, 878 homes, 5 lakes, 67 miles of private roadway. In 2006 and 2007 he was employed as a property manager for PLANNED COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, INC., a Houston based Association Management Company with an Austin Branch. His responsibilities included managing 6 Developer controlled Associations, and 4 owner controlled Associations with over 3,250 homes.
Mr. Phelan has owned and operated his own business management consulting services company. He was Senior Vice President of ESI, a publically traded, multi-state corporation with 63,000 employees in 46 states. He has previously been employed as the Director of Personnel and Insurance Risk management for several Texas based companies in the Houston area. He was elected as a City Councilman and was later appointed Regional Manpower Coordinator for the Deep East Texas Council of Governments. He was named to the Statewide Manpower Planning Council by Texas Governor Preston Smith. His experience also includes that of a Police Patrolman and Chief of Police in Texas where he was awarded the Jaycee Distinguished Service Award.
RANDALIN SHAFFER
Financial Services Coordinator
Ms. Shaffer began her financial career as a Budget Analyst working for the FORD MOTOR COMPANY in Dearborn Michigan. She then moved to ARCHWAY MARKETING in Detroit where she was the Executive Assistant to the Human Resources Director responsible for corporate payroll and accounting functions. Having had enough of the snow Randalin moved to Austin and was employed for INCYCLE ELECTRONICS, again performing all accounting and financial functions including tax filings. In 2007 she joined SONIC DRIVE IN CORPORATION as Office Manager charged with performing all accounting functions, including cost accounting, payroll, P & L reporting and Budget Management. She also supervised all Human Resource functions and maintained databases for accuracy.
YANA DROZDOVA
Client Relations Coordinator
Is the first person you will talk with at ProfCam 1 and you may not want to hang up. Yana was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing and Public Relations with Special Academic Recognition, attaining a perfect grade point average and graduating as Valedictorian. She was employed as a PR Specialist for the AKVATORIA COMPANY in St. Petersburg and then as a Client Manager for the INTERPRESS NEWS AGENCY (the leading news agency in Russia). Promoted within that assignment she was transferred to Germany where she worked throughout Europe. Then to the United States, where she became an Austinite and worked as a Marketing Specialist for INTEGRAL SYSTEMS. INC. and a Customer Service Representative for THE PICTURE PEOPLE, INC.
M. MELISSA SHELTON
Operations Coordinator
Melissa is the Operations Coordinator for ProfCam 1, in short that means she handles problems and finds the right answers. Melissa brings to us the experience of an Associate Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, she has also worked as a Substitute Teacher. The biggest area of expertise that Melissa provides for ProfCam 1 is that of a small Business Owner who as a Co-owner and manager started her own shop and prior to that ran a Homeowners Association in Spring Texas. Melissa holds a BBA in Management
